The comparitable magzines such as Men's Fitness and Men's Journal don't live up to the kind of great stuff Men's Health has. It has great advice about your health, what to eat, myths and truths about food, women, relationships, fitness, cardio, s*x life, sports, fun facts, and every month there is a new celebrity on the cover along with a great article about them and how they like to stay fit. Very enjoyable. I recommend to anyone who love's life and likes to live as long as possible with the help of this magazine."
